This is based on the British pickle "Piccalilli". Its a dense, cooked pickle made from cauliflower,onions and zucchini with spices and lots of Colman mustard. It should not be refrigerated for best results but will add zest to your sandwich, cheese or hot-dog. It's a delicious and addicting pickle and a great larder addition. This pickle comes in a vacuum sealed jar and will last for a year. Try it!
